In Contact Form 7 Blacklist there are three types of list: Blacklist, White List, Email List.
Blacklist was designed to block form submission or disable notification if users input MATCH any item in the list which you apply to form field.
White List was designed to block form submission or disable notification if users input DOESN'T MATCH a item in the list which you apply to form field.
Email List was designed to block form submission / disable notification if action set to Block and users input MATCH an email or email domain name in the list.
Item : a keyword that use to match with users enter
List : use to manage items, a list may have many items
The the three lists are similar in interface so here just use Blacklist to do as demo.
To create blacklist list, please click menu of Dashboard --> Contact --> Blacklist --> Add New.
List name is mandatory and here enter "Competitors Name List" as example.
After list saved you'll see admin notice message and then you may enter items ( keywords to block ) to the list.
