From BSK PDF Manager Pro version 1.5 we support managing featured image size of PDFs. Here you may find how to register image size.
Beside WordPress' built-in image sizes you may register two extra custom image sizes. Default featured image size is "thumbnail", you may change this in plugin setting page. If you use the plugins' default PDF icon then it always shown as 150 x 150.
1. Set default featured image size
On the plugin setting page ( Dashboard -> BSK PDF Pro -> Settings & Update ), you will see all registered image size in dropdown in section "Default Featured Image Size". Change to different image size you will see actual width and height for every image size.
2. Define your own custom size
If all WordPress' builtin image sizes do not match your case then you may define your own custom size.
Enter your size name, width and height.
Please click button "Save" to register your custom image size.
After saving, you will see the new image size listed in the dropdown, you may choose "Default Featured Image Size" to it and click "Save Featured Image Settings" again.
featured image size you specified won't work if you use our plugins' default PDF icon, because there is only 1 size for it.
3. Assign image size when use shortcodes
All shortcodes have a parameter named featuredimagesize. When you use it you need make sure it is a registered image size available in dropdown in section "Default Featured Image Size".

4. Assign image size when use widgets
All widgets have a dropdown to let you select available image size if you enabled Shows featured image ?.
